Winners of the World Championship for teams from orphanages and boarding schools played football at Krylia training base

Totem football team, the team of the orphan №1 children from Krasnoyarsk, arrived in Samara. Young football players won the first place in the World Championship among children from orphanages and boarding schools, which was held in Poland. 29 teams from all over the world participated in the competition. As a result, Totem football team won the presidential grant and the opportunity to attend the group stage matches of 2018 FIFA World Cup. The guys visited Moscow and St. Petersburg, and now they have arrived in Samara. They were accommodated by Krylia Sovetov football club. The team was met by Krylia Sovetov club bus at the airport. The day before, the young players had a training session at the club training base of Krylia Sovetov under the leadership of the coach from Krylia Sovetov football school Vadim Botov. And today, they have played a football match with the children of the same age from Samara Preodoleniye boarding school. This match was visited by Dmitriy Igorevich Azarov, the Acting Governor of the Samara Oblast, who welcomed the children and presented them with memorable gifts – the model of Samara Arena stadium.

The professional footballers of Krylia Sovetov have also participated in this game. Oleg Roganov has played for Totem team, and Ildar Shabayev and Anton Bobyor have played for the team from Samara. All participants were given souvenirs from Krylia and RFU.
